Source hierarchy
We prefer manufacturer product pages, technical documentation, release material, and reputable benchmark references for factual specifications. News summaries identify and link to the original reporting. Secondary sources may add context but do not silently replace a stronger primary source.
Benchmarks and interpretation
Benchmark values are useful comparisons, not guarantees for every computer. Results can vary with firmware, memory, cooling, power limits, operating system, and test version. Editorial recommendations consider platform cost, compatibility, efficiency, and workload—not one score alone.
Review and automation
Structured processes and automated tools may help normalize data, detect updates, translate drafts, and prepare editorial summaries. Material claims and published guidance remain subject to editorial review. We do not describe generated text as hands-on testing unless an actual controlled test was performed.
Corrections and freshness
Pages show relevant publication or review dates where available. When a material error is confirmed, we correct the public page and related structured information. Readers can report an issue through the Contact page with a supporting source.
Advertising and affiliate independence
Advertising and affiliate relationships fund site operations but do not buy benchmark placement, favorable wording, or inclusion in a recommendation. Sponsored placements are labeled and kept visually distinct from processor data and editorial conclusions.
